The Measurement, Learning & Evaluation (MLE) is implemented by the University of North Carolina’s Carolina Population Center, in collaboration with African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), and International Center for Research on Women. The MLE project will determine if UHI interventions expand the reach and quality of integrated family planning services and family planning use.

International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR)
International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), New Delhi was established in 2007 and voyaged a series of projects, studies and training programmes. The Institute has played a major responsibility in the promulgation of some of the ground realities by undertaking surveys, health data generation and impact studies of health services and various health care programmes. The Institute’s focus is on health systems and health care research. It conducts and designs policy analysis and review and undertakes intervention research, evaluation studies and operation research studies. The key areas of research mainly include assessment surveys and studies in important health programmes, strengthening management of district health systems; involvement of PRIs and NGOs in reproductive and child health services; and alternative management approaches in implementing population programmes with district as the unit.
